The singer is expected to attend alongside his wife Yvonne Keating, marking the couple's first public appearance together in Dublin since their marriage hit the rocks.
Anticipated guests at the exclusive event include Ronan's Boyzone bandmates Keith Duffy, Mikey Graham and Shane Lynch.
