CALLING all fine diners. This Thursday will see Bon Appetit's Oliver Dunne share his kitchen with Chef Sunil Ghai for the first in a series of Guest Chef collaboration evenings.

Each month throughout 2012, Bon Appetit regulars and special guests will be invited to enjoy the cuisine of a new chef in the familiar setting of this Michelin starred Malahide eatery.

The six-course dinner will be priced at €50 per person, with matched wines available.

The next Guest Chef evening will take place on April 18, and will feature Garrett Byrne of the award-winning Campagne in Kilkenny.

DUBLIN'S top stars will be out for the opening night of Madame Butterfly tonight.

The world-famous Puccini production will open for the first time at the newly named Bord Gais Energy Theatre.

RTE legend Gay Byrne is set to attend, along with broadcaster Joe Duffy, Nationwide stars Anne Cassin and Mary Kennedy. 98FM's Siobhan O'Connor, FM104's Sean Munsanje, TV3's Sinead Desmond and Miriam Ahern.

FASHION designers Tyrell & Brennan and Peter O'Brien announced details of the Thank You Crumlin, Love Mia fashion show to raise funds for Our Lady's Children's Hospital. Mia (11) has been attending the Crumlin Hospital over the past 10 years to undergo numerous operations after being badly burned as a baby.

Thank You Crumlin, Love Mia is in honour of the budding fashion designer and will see Ireland's leading designers create couture pieces based on Mia's own sketches at the Dublin Convention Centre on May 25.

Designers involved include John Rocha, Louise Kennedy, Deborah Veale, Tyrell & Brennan, Jennifer Rothwell, Peter O'Brien and Mary Grant.

wwwFESTIVAL goers will be happy to hear that Irish Whiskey company Bushmills is holding its first music festival this summer.

Called Bushmills Live, the two-day festival will take place in the Old Bushmills Distillery, in Co Antrim, where handcrafted Irish whiskey has been made for centuries. As well as good music, fans will also be able to make their own blend of whiskey at the festival on June 20 and June 21.

Tickets won't be going on sale for general release -- fans will have to win them through the company's Facebook page.
