Singer Mary stars at new club's charity bash

SINGER Mary Black led the revellers to Bojos35 at the weekend for a raucous bash in the Harcourt Street venue.

The club, in the basement of the Russell Court hotel, is going down a storm with the over-30s crew looking for a new place to hang out.

Co-owner Rangan Arulchelvan, who runs the complex with Eileen Wright, revealed how it has been thronged in recent weeks thanks to its mix of 60s, 70s and 80s music.

Last Friday, Rangan welcomed some 500 people to the venue for the Building of Hope Event.

The bash saw Mary installed as the patron of the charity, which provides support to impoverished young people around the world and plans to build a home for blind orphans in Mombasa.
