THEY are one of the hottest couples on the Dublin social scene, but rugby still comes first for the O'Driscolls.
Brian (32) and new wife Amy Huberman (31) became the envy of millions throughout the globe when they nabbed one of the 1,800 coveted invitations to Prince William and Kate Middleton's upcoming nuptials.
But Amy has revealed the couple are still no closer to confirming whether they will be able to attend or not.
The actress said "We really don't know any\ more than we did initially. It all comes down to rugby I'm afraid."
BOD's team Leinster will compete against Leicester at the Aviva stadium in the quarter-final stages of the campaign on April 9.
The winner of that clash will then go on to play in the semi-finals.
But that crucial game is scheduled to take place on the same weekend as the royal wedding on April 29.
While Brian will naturally want to win, a victory will cause a major headache for the high profile pair.
Although their attendance would mean schmoozing with the who's who of international society, Brian is barred from any socialising ahead of a match.
It is understood that Brian has met Prince William on a number of occasions during his lengthy rugby career, and he clearly took a shine to the Ireland captain.
Meanwhile, Amy was promoting her work with Concern worldwide at a special exhibition in the Hunt Museum, Limerick, last night.
And she is hoping to take her involvement on an international level and travel with the charity to get a first hand look at their work.
