'No hard feelings' as Georgia snubs Spanish trip to stay with Calum
SHE may have chosen a night on the tiles with ladies' man Calum Best over an all-expenses-paid trip to Marbella on Friday with her gal-pals, but luckily for top model Georgia Salpa her friends haven't taken offence.
The Diary can reveal how the Assets beauty (26) honoured her work commitments in the Spanish resort this weekend, jetting out on Saturday morning instead of the previous day as planned.
And despite reports that fellow beauties Daniella Moyles, Michele McGrath, Leah O'Reilly and Karena Graham were annoyed by the snub, those close to Georgia insist there are no hard feelings.
"It's absolutely ridiculous to say there's any bad blood between the girls over Marbella. No-one was annoyed," said a close source.
"They were there for work and everyone had different schedules so a lot of the girls got different flights.
Georgia is, however, facing some backlash from fans over her new romance with notorious lothario Calum, with several people leaving comments on her public Facebook page stating their disgust.
Despite previously denying that they were anything more than friends, the pair left those enjoying a night out at city centre bar Harry's on the Green on Friday night in little doubt that they are romantically involved with their behaviour.
The handsome couple, who met while filming TV3's Celebrity Salon, which kicks off tonight, later decamped to Lillie's Bordello where they still had eyes only for each other.
And while Calum was last night back in London, there was no let-up in Georgia's hectic schedule with her and fellow beauty Karena Graham lined up to make a guest appearance at Corrigan's Kitchen Nightclub in Castleblaney.
Meanwhile revellers at Buck Whaleys had a surprise when several members from the Irish soccer team turned up to celebrate their victory against Macedonia on Saturday night.
Among those spotted relaxing in the club's VIP parlour was Anthony Stokes, Darren Randolph, Jonny Evans and John O'Shea.
The group were in flying form following their big win but kept to themselves in a cordoned off area as they celebrated.
