Louis jets in to see Macca rock the O2
Louis Walsh jetted in from London to see his good friend Paul McCartney rock the O2 Dublin last night.
The X Factor judge was invited to the long-awaited gig when he met the Beatles legend during the grand finale of the hit ITV programme.
"Paul is a true professional," said Louis.
"He's not like most people in the music business. He's really down to earth. He's a musician first of all and not a celebrity.
"He was really nice and chatty at the X Factor and I promised him I would come to see him."
The Westlife manager is home to spend Christmas with his mum in his native town of Kiltimagh, Co Mayo, before he heads off to his bolt-hole in the sun.
"I'm going to Miami on the 27th, like I do every year, for a month-long holiday," he said. "It will be great to get away. I can't wait.
"I've been working so hard at the X Factor over the past few months, it will be great to have some proper time off to chill out."
As well as managing two Irish boybands, he has also taken over the excitable Grimes brothers John and Edward (18), who have been inundated with offers.
