Laura keeps fit ahead of new baby's arrival

YUMMY mummy-to-be Laura Woods has endorsed water aerobics as the perfect way to keep the weight off while carrying her bump -- but she's adamant she won't be braving a water birth in November.

The RTE star, who is keeping the sex of her baby a surprise, insists that she will be going for the 'bog-standard' option.

Laura (33), who has been gushing about the benefits of the fitness class during her slot on 2fm's Will Leahy Show, went on to explain how she hasn't been too strict with herself when it comes to her diet.

"I'm not stressing about the weight issue at all because I think this is the one time in your life where you're actually allowed to eat what you want, without feeling sorry for it," she explained.

"Funnily enough I've never had a more healthy diet than now because I'm not going out or drinking or doing any of the stuff that usually leads to eating junk food.

"The pregnancy water aerobics is a help as well I suppose. It's also a great way to build up your stamina before the birth."

The bubbly media personality, who wed her architect hubby Mark Arigho at a star-studded ceremony last September, says the couple are planning a romantic night on the town to celebrate their first wedding anniversary next month.
