Kelly looking for chart-topper...and a man!

X FACTOR judge Kelly Rowland is not only on the look out for an international superstar, she's also searching for a man.

Kelly knows what it takes to be a worldwide sensation -- and she's using her star talent to help her chosen contestants look and feel the part.

"All I've looked for is a global star," the 30-year-old has said.

"I got some winners."

"I set their pictures in front of me. I did that the day we got them."

The Destiny's Child chart-topper has insisted that her group -- which is hotly tipped to include Tyrone's Janet Devlin, inset right -- will be an event bigger hit than her and her pregnant pal Beyonce.

"My girls are power houses and I think we have people who'll give X Factor a completely different feeling.

"I definitely have a schedule -- I know what I'm doing. When they're in studio I want to be there too."

And she's even hoping to find a man while she does it.

"Could I see myself with a boyfriend from here? Absolutely," admitted the stunning brunette.

"The way they wear their pants is so cute -- guys just don't do it in America -- I just feel like they're honest, period."

Fully committed to her protegees, Kelly has a strategy in place and wants to shake up this year's contest, by glamming up her four hopefuls for the live shows.

Cute

"I remember writing down notes on different things we could play up, her eyes, her face is really cute, maybe they should cut her hair like this so you can see her face -- different things," she said. "A lot of them have their own style and it just needs to be tweaked a bit, just something that needs to be pulled out to make them different."

Meanwhile, Over 25s judge Louis Walsh has said that his eight-year reign on the X Factor will set him a cut above his younger competitors.

The Mayo man thinks he has the edge over Gary, Kelly and Tulisa:

"I've experience on my side -- this is my eighth season -- it's only their first."

Millions of viewers are expected to tune in to see the Westlife manager choose his top four singers at judges' houses this weekend and find out who will go through to the next instalment series.

The pop mogul (59) will be joined by sultry singer Sinita in Barcelona, while Kelly takes her budding stars to Miami with Jennifer Hudson.
