It's all work for Nadia as she shuns parties after split with Mark

TOP model Nadia Forde is keeping a low profile on the social scene and throwing herself into her work following her shock split with FM104 DJ Mark Noble.

The Assets beauty, who called time on her romance with her boyfriend of almost three years last month, is moving on and getting used to single life again.

However, the bubbly beauty, who recently switched back to her brunette locks after a stint as a blonde, didn't have a date for Valentine's Day and spent it with her family instead.

Competition

Nadia told the Diary she has since moved into her own place in Malahide and loves being close to her family in Clontarf.

However, the diplomatic 21-year-old insists that she won't be dishing the dirt on her decision to break up with Mark.

She revealed how she spent Valentine's Day at home this year, where there was plenty of romance in the air given that her grandparents were celebrating winning a competition after 60 years of marriage.

"I have my own place now, I'm living out near my family so it's all good," Nadia said.

"I don't really want to talk about Mark. I didn't do much on Monday. I was going to go to that Fade Street party but I decided to go and see my family instead.

"I'm just keeping really busy with work at the moment. There's lots of jobs coming in, which is great because obviously it's been a bit quieter lately," she added.

Yesterday Nadia, who is a brand ambassador for Seat, enjoyed a day out at Mondello Park in Naas, where she had the chance to be a passenger in a fast-paced rally car.

"I went on a lap around the track with the Seat race-driver," she explained.

"It was pretty terrifying but I enjoyed it all the same. They asked me if I wanted to drive myself but I decided against that. It's not that I'm a bad driver or anything but I wasn't quite brave enough for that!"

RUGBY hunk Gordon D'Arcy will be lining out with TV beauty Kathryn Thomas tomorrow as they join forces for a good cause.

Although Thursday nights are traditionally Ladies Night at the Exchequer bar, they have made a special exception for the dashing Mr D'Arcy as he dons his barman's apron to stir things up behind the bar.

He'll be serving up €6 cocktails to attendees in a bid to help raise funds for Our Lady's Children's Hospital Crumlin.

And Operation Transformation host Kathryn will also be there as he unveils the special cocktail to celebrate her conquering Mount Kilimanjaro, aka Kathryn's Peaks.

Also on offer will be the Haagen Dazs loving cup, a cocktail especially created for Valentine's Day.
