It's a hard knock life as UFC star Conor enjoys five-star trip to Brazil
Only a few months ago, Conor McGregor was telling Ryan Tubridy on the Late Late that he was still living at home because the money wasn't rolling in.
How things have changed for the Crumlin native who not only made €120,000 for his last fight but is now travelling the world.
The star fighter has been sharing pictures of his recent escapades and it looks like he's having the time of his life.
The Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) star travelled to
Rio de Janeiro in Brazil where he visited a number of favelas and drank from a coconut on the beach while flanked by bodyguards.
He was in Brazil to attend the UFC179 fight between Jose Aldo and Chad Mendes which Aldo won. He even drove around the city in an armoured car with head of operations for the UFC, Tom Wright.
Conor (26) then flew to Miami with the President of the UFC, Dana White, for some meetings.
"Flew into Miami on the jet today! Flying with the GoodFellas," he wrote online.
And the luxury didn't end when he return to Las Vegas after his whirlwind trip.
He then posted a picture of a luxury private jet and jet and a high-end deluxe Audi waiting for him.
"Back in Las Vegas after the trip of a lifetime! Grateful everyday I chased this dream! Motivated beyond belief," he wrote.
McGregor now looks in line for a featherweight title fight against Jose Aldo in 2015 should he beat German Dennis Siver in Boston this coming January.
The charismatic sports star is also set to speak at the Dublin Web Summit next week as part of the conference's new Sports Summit.
