I'm busier than ever since I went brunette - Nadia

TOP model Nadia Forde is seeing the benefits of a return to her brunette roots.

Just over one month into the new year, the catwalk queen (21) is busier than ever, even jetting off to sunny Marbella alongside colleagues Georgia Salpa and Vogue Williams to promote a new VIP club this weekend.

And while she may be one of the country's best known beauties, Nadia has been more in demand than ever since ditching her trademark blonde locks.

But the Clontarf native has insisted she is "very happy" with her workload.

"I'm happy to stay natural, I like feeling like myself," she said. "But I've had so many different hairstyles, I could want to change in the future."

Most recently, she was snapped promoting a new Gillette range alongside Sara Kavanagh and rugby hero Brian O'Driscoll.

Now that she has secured herself a place at the top of the Irish modelling industry, she intends on sticking with her new look, especially since her long-term boyfriend Mark Noble approves.

"My mum is Italian and the colour I have now is pretty close to my natural hair colour that I last had when I was 15, it's just a small bit lighter, so she was delighted," she said.

"Boys aren't the most reactive when it comes to these things but Mark seems to like it as well. He thinks it makes me look much younger. I've been talking about doing it for a while and then I did a shoot with Lili Forberg a few weeks ago wearing the brown wig and I just decided I'd love to go back and not to have the maintenance of highlights."
