I'll nurse Cian back to health - Holly

FORMER Miss Ireland Holly Carpenter has revealed it was "really hard" watching burly boyfriend Cian Healy being injured during a match against the All Blacks at the weekend.

The 20-year-old said that seeing the Leinster prop come off during the second half of Ireland's first test against the Kiwis with a shoulder injury was extremely difficult.

But the AR beauty said she knew the 24-year-old forward would be all right. "I'd know by his face how bad it is and luckily it wasn't too bad.

"I actually got more nervous waiting around after the match to talk to him because he takes a while before leaving the changing room and all that," she said.

The NCAD student has been keeping herself busy since Healy took off and is counting the days until their Cancun holiday on July 3 when he returns.

Holly has been training so hard with her new Merrion Square private gym No.17, that she has shed a whopping half a stone in a couple of weeks.

"I've just been training really hard and trying to stay occupied. It feels like it's dragging on a bit so filling my time is a must.

"I'm working out with a female trainer now, too, which I much prefer because it's so much easier to talk."
