HE's winning plaudits for his movie roles but Fair City star Ryan Andrews says Carrigstown wins over Hollywood any day.
The Dublin actor will make a comeback to the soap in the coming weeks after playing Aladdin in pantomime.
Ryan is also Jedward's backing dancer and he recently won an award for his role as a gangster zombie in Prodigal Son.
But Ryan (19) said that he is looking forward to getting his teeth stuck in to the pace demanded of the RTE show where he plays shop manager Sean Cassidy.
"I'm back to filming Fair City in two weeks," he told the Herald.
"The experience you get (at RTE), it is so quick you don't realise it. It is really good -- every day is different.
"Hopefully one day I will go to Hollywood, but for now I'm happy what I'm doing here in Ireland. I want to build up a bigger reputation and hopefully move on some day," he said.
