Una Healy has revealed how she's suffering from a serious case of Seasonal Affective Disorder.
It seems that the January blues don't just affect us mere mortals, with the stunning Saturdays star (29) admitting that she has also been left feeling a little morose as a result of the dreary weather.
"I need some sun, I reckon I am lacking vitamin D! But I don't do sunbeds, so that's not an option," she wrote on her Twitter page. She added how it wasn't a holiday she needed, but just a dose of sunshine, before someone suggested using a sunlamp instead to help lift her mood.
"Do those sun lamps actually work? I'd feel a bit random sitting down in front of one of those things," she replied.
The flame-haired Tipperary star, whose uncle is country music star Declan Nerney, has just returned to work this week after coming home to Ireland for the Christmas holidays.
And she has revealed how she's "so excited" about the band's forthcoming Headlines tour, which takes in 17 cities and kicks off in Britain in February, with the girls performing in Dublin's Olympia on March 2. "I get butterflies just thinking about it," she said.
The girls are currently enjoying a stellar time in the charts, scoring a hit with the latest single Higher, taken from their new album and have also sold out all their tour dates.
However, last month saw Una having to quash rumours that she was leaving the band, saying that there "isn't a hope of that happening".
