COLIN Farrell's spokeswoman has been forced to issue a fresh denial about his alleged romance with Barbadian sex-bomb Rihanna.
Reports that hunky single dad Colin (34) and the singer (23) are the latest hot celebrity couple made headlines around the world when it was claimed they started dating after meeting on The Graham Norton Show last November.
The rumours were further fuelled after they were both spotted in the same top LA restaurant, Giorgia Baldi, earlier this week.
However, Colin's publicist is adamant that the pair are not pursuing any romance.
"They're just friends, nothing more," she told the Herald. "This is someone putting two and two together and coming up with 24. They met on The Graham Norton Show, got on well and exchanged some texts afterwards.
"They both live in LA so it's natural they'll bump into each other now and again, it was a coincidence they were in the same restaurant but they're definitely not dating."
The Castleknock hunk hasn't been seen with anyone else since splitting from the Polish mum of his second son Henry (16 months), Alicja Bachleda, after more than three years together.
And the Umbrella star is also said to be single after splitting from her baseball beau Matt Kemp just before Christmas.
Yet a source close to the star has revealed to the Herald how the former hellraiser is determined to "keep his head down" and concentrate on his young family for the immediate future.
"He wants to keep things low key when it comes to his personal life and Rihanna is so well-known, it would be a complete nightmare trying to have a relationship with someone like her," he said.
"Of course he finds her attractive, what man wouldn't? But he is trying to low lie for a while."
Farrell also has a son James (6) with Kim Bordenave.
