Footballers made a play for me too, claims Noirin

Dublin model Noirin Kelly has revealed her sympathy for fellow Big Brother star Imogen Thomas (below) -- claiming she was also propositioned by high profile footballers.

The Cabinteely beauty told the Herald she feels sorry for the leggy reality star in the wake of her much-publicised relationship with Manchester United player Ryan Giggs.

Noirin (27) admits that it can be easy to become caught up in such a situation after leaving the Channel 4 reality show, given that there is so much male attention on offer.

Noirin claims that she has been approached by a number of sportsmen in the public eye, but was reluctant to reveal their identity or their relationship status.

The brunette model said: "When I came out of Big Brother there was definitely two ways you could go. You're almost expected to do things like that (be with a footballer). It's hard to get away from it because it's everywhere you go, in all the clubs.

"I was propositioned a few times, actually, but I always said I couldn't do it. I have to actually like the person.

"I'm not interested in being with someone just for the perks. Those girls know exactly what they're getting into.

"I feel sorry for her (Imogen) in a way though, I'm sure she never expected it to blow up like that," she added.

Noirin appeared on the tenth series of the hit show, while Imogen was a participant on the seventh season.

The svelte beauty and her boyfriend of almost a year, semi-pro soccer player Jamie Holme, are still happily loved up living in Dublin after the businessman moved to Irish shores recently.

Noirin says she's currently working part time in a shoe store as she considers her career options.
