Bunnygirl Louise quits Hef's club to chase her DJ dream

BUNNYGIRL Louise Kavanagh is hopping back home after quitting her job in Hugh Hefner's club, the Diary can reveal.

The brunette (25) has spent the past year rubbing shoulders with the wealthy elite in London after nabbing a coveted job as a croupier in the exclusive Playboy casino in Mayfair (right).

She managed to beat off competition from hundreds of shapely beauties to land the role as a glamorous dealer in the club.

But now the Assets model will be ditching her bunny ears to fly back home at the weekend -- and says she's thrilled after getting a DJ gig in Mantra.

"I'm back for a few months and can't wait to get back into my bikini on Grafton Street. It's been a while and I'm a little bit nervous but I'm looking forward to it," she told the Diary.

Confirming she has quit her prestigious job, she added how she was "sad to go" but wants to concentrate on her DJ and modelling work.

"I have amazing memories as one of the original Playboy bunnies and have made amazing friends. I'm going to get them all over for a trip to Dublin very soon," she said. "I love London and hopefully I'll be trying to split my time between London and Dublin as I've become really busy with DJ-ing on both sides of the water."

She has made sure to keep up with all her Irish pals while she has been over in London judging by her recent social antics. She recently hit the town with pal Georgia Salpa, fresh from her Celebrity Big Brother appearance, as Louise showed her all the best hotspots.

They were joined over there by fellow models Michele McGrath and Karena Graham as the glamorous crew let their hair down in style, going to fashionable hotspots like Chinese eatery Hakkasan.

Louise has been living in London for nearly two years after deciding to spread her wings further afield and managed to beat off competition from 5,000 other girls for the Playboy job.

She started work in the venue last May, having completed a two-month training course in Blackjack and Roulette. She had moved to London 10 months prior to getting the job to pursue her modelling career and was offered the chance to join the Playboy team after going through a series of intense interviews.

A former hostess in Mantra, she's one of Dublin's best known faces, having previously been a finalist in Miss Universe Ireland in 2009 and worked steadily as an underwear model. She also dated Wesley Quirke's brother Andy and was one of the regulars on the Dublin social scene before deciding to move to London.
