Brian lives it up at his birthday bash

New RTE judge Brian Kennedy was spotted enjoying his 43rd birthday bash over the weekend. The well-known crooner was in flying form when spotted with all his good pals living it up in the VIP section of Lillie's Bordello.

Joining him at the celebrations was his best pal Katherine Lynch, alongside Paul Byrne with wife Siobhan, as well as Daithi O Se and Maria Fusco. Meanwhile down in Harry's Bar on the Green, the Diary's object of lust, namely actor Robert Sheehan was spotted mingling with the mere mortals.

"He came in with a group of mates just before midnight but was very low key. No one really noticed it was him so he was able to relax and enjoy a few drinks," said a source.

wwwCarton House will form the venue for a spookily-stylish bash at the end of this month. The Kildare hotel will be hosting an All Hallows' Masquerade Ball to celebrate its fifth birthday with a gala event on October 28. Invited guests are being urged to turn on the glam for the occasion, with things kicking off with "witches' brew" followed by dinner and "magical music."

wwwThis Thursday will see a smattering of familiar faces heading to the Grafton Lounge for a boozy bash. Held to launch the forthcoming Smirnoff Nightlife Exchange Project taking place in the CHQ building on November 12, all the usual suspects are expected to attend at invite-only event.

Mixing it up for guests will be 'global ambassador' Kenji Jesse who'll be creating special cocktails on the night. Attendees will also get the chance to make their own tipples with the alcohol expected to flow on the night.

wwwWe never thought of the 'little people' as being particularly spooky. But the National Leprechaun Museum will be holding a special Halloween production entitled Dark Stories later on this month aimed at sending chills up the spines of attendees.

Bringing together stories from Ireland's ancient festival of Samhain, the show will run from October 27 to November 5 and is strictly over-18s.
