Bradley's exit helps EastEnders clean up at soap awards
EastEnders swept the board at the Soap Awards, celebrating its 25th anniversary with 10 awards, including Best Soap.
Lacey Turner, who plays Stacey Branning and announced she is quitting the soap this year, scooped two awards -- Best Dramatic Performance and Best Actress.
Charlie Clements, who played her husband Bradley, scooped Best Exit, for his death in the live episode which won Best Single Episode.
Scott Maslen (Jack Branning) won Sexiest Male and Best Actor. The Best Storyline went to Who Killed Archie Mitchell?, and Larry Lamb, who played him, also won Villain Of The Year.
Marc Elliott, who plays Syed Masood, a young British Muslim struggling to come to terms with his sexuality, scooped Best Newcomer.
Coronation Street won three awards. Sexiest Female went to Michelle Keegan, who plays Tina McIntyre, Best Comedy Performance went to Craig Gazey, who plays Graeme Proctor and 89-year-old Betty Driver was presented with the Lifetime Achievement award.
Boyzone star and Corrie actor Keith Duffy broke into song on the red carpet, while co-star Kym Marsh, who plays Michelle Connor, flaunted her figure in emerald green.
