BOD's back in blue (Yippee!) and Aoife fills us in on wedding plans
GOOD news for Leinster fans, BOD's back in blue.
Brian O'Driscoll threw on his Leinster blues for the first time after his shoulder operation. And the good news is he could be playing a lot sooner than predicted.
Leinster boss Joe Schmidt revealed BOD could yet make a surprise return in time for the Heineken Cup (see sport).
Brian was posing with Leinster colleague, Gordon D'Arcy's wife-to-be Aoife Cogan to promote Leinster Ladies Night in aid of Action Breast Cancer on Friday, February 17.
Aoife (27) revealed she has found the perfect wedding dress, but fiance Gordon won't be getting a peek until the day.
"I have got my dress and I love it. I can't even say if it's an Irish designer or not, I don't want to say anything just yet," she told the Herald.
"But I knew what dress I wanted before I got it. As a model I have done so many bridalwear shoots and shows so I knew what would suit me.
"Some people wonder whether off the shoulder or straps will work or what looks good on them, but I know already because that's a part of my job. My sister was with me when I got the dress and I'm really happy with it. I'm really excited as it gets closer. I cannot wait."
The happy couple will tie the knot in July at Castle Leslie in Co Monaghan, where Paul McCartney walked down the aisle with his second wife Heather Mills in 2002.
Aoife's sister Sinead is the maid of honour.
Aoife, who has also been busy promoting tonight's Euromillions, admitted that if she bagged the winning ticket she would splash out on a new home and some more dogs.
