Bieber's Irish hoodie puts our dance school on world stage
TEEN star Justin Bieber has started a new fashion trend by wearing an Irish dance school's hoodie.
Dundalk dance academy Crystal Ice has been flooded with orders for their jumpers after the singer was pictured in one.
The school received a massive publicity boost when hearthrob Justin (17) was spotted wearing one of their hoodies while on the Australian leg of his tour.
He was given the black and white hoodie by the school after his choreographer Marvin Millora conducted a dance class for 150 students at the academy.
Academy manager Alicia Grills-Grant says Marvin asked for a special hoodie for One Time singer Justin.
"We have had dozens of orders from all over Europe and especially Australia, where he was pictured wearing the hoodie
"When Justin performed in the O2 we organised to have a master class here with his choreographer Marvin.
"He said that Justin would love to have a hoodie of his own. So we customised one for him, and got his name printed on the back with all his tour dates," she said.
Crystal Ice choreographer Emmaunella Salako has worked with the likes of JLS and Taio Cruz and has called in her contacts in the past for celebrity masterclasses.
All the new publicity comes just as the dancing club is set to play its biggest ever dance show Prodigy 2 this weekend.
And as well as performing at this year's Oxegen festival, the group of dancers have also just qualified for Sky One's dance show Got To Dance.
