TOP model Baiba Gaile may have just returned to our shores, but fans will be disappointed to hear it isn't a permanent move.
The catwalk queen (29) dramatically moved to her native Latvia in November -- but set tongues wagging when she made a triumphant return to the Irish modelling scene earlier this month.
But the Herald can reveal that the mum of one has already jetted back to her Eastern European home, and will only come back to Dublin sporadically for work.
A spokesperson for her model agency Assets explained: "She's just gone home and will be back again in April.
"She was back working for the last two or three weeks. She'll be back in April for a couple more weeks again, then she's not back until September.
"She has a seven-year-old daughter who's based in Latvia, so that's where her priority is."
And although Baiba has signed with a model agency in Latvia, she has gone back to her roots -- and is working as a hairdresser.
"She's a trained hairdresser, so she's gone back to do that and she's looking to get into translating as well," the spokeswoman added.
Baiba was the most in-demand model of the year in 2008 according to her agency email@example.com
