Amanda snares yet another new show in UK
Irish star Amanda Byram's TV career is going from strength to strength after signing up to front yet another major UK programme.
The Castleknock beauty will front a quirky new talent programme called Don't Stop Me Now for Sky 1.
"It was so much fun filming what I call a talent show with a twist, crash bang and wallop," she said. "We found some unique and fantastic talent along the way, while others had their dreams left in tatters as they were swept off the stage," she revealed.
The show is being described as a "high-stakes" talent contest which will see Amanda joined by different celebrity commentators over the coming weeks who will help her review the acts.
Starting on Sunday, March 18, it will see her joined by sporting legends like Freddie Flintoff and David Haye alongside Dancing On Ice judge Louie Spencer, Girls Aloud star Sarah Harding and DJ Chris Moyles.
The studio audience will be the contestants themselves, divided into three different categories of singers, comedians and variety performers. Each week acts are randomly selected to take to the stage to show off their particular talent while members of the audience vote on them via a keypad.
The Total Wipeout star appears to have thrown herself into work in the wake of her split from fiance Craig McMullen.
