Top model Georgia Salpa is set to wed her fiance Joe Penna in Italy this summer and she hit the shops in Dublin to hunt for her wedding dress this week.

The former Celebrity Big Brother contestant posted some pictures of her trying on some bridal bling at Folkster in Temple Bar.

The boutique is known for their exquisite dress collection and for their unique bridal gowns.

She posted a picture of a gorgeous selection of cupcakes that fellow model Louise Kavanagh had sent her and Georgia commented: "We missed you today. We found the dresses."

The Dublin native splits her time between Dublin and Marbella and has been coy about the details of her impending nuptials.

"It's just going to be a very simple wedding with our close friends and family.

"It's not going to be crazy or anything, so a very small wedding I think," she added.

Despite having a figure to die for, the half-Greek beauty has started a sugar-free diet to make sure she looks her best on her big day.

"I've such a sweet tooth but it's terrible for my skin and body," she said.

"A sugar-free diet is so just hard to maintain."

Glam party tonight

Dublin's hottest party people are already planning their best sparkling number for the exclusive Grafton Lounge Cocktail launch taking place tonight at the chic and stylish venue.

The glamorous party will be hosted by Yurena Castro Shaw and a host of her model pals are also expected to drop by for a few drinks from 8pm.

Voice of Ireland star Andrew Mann and DJ Carly D will be serenading the crowds until late.
