sean St will make his debut for his new MLS side Colorado Rapids next weekend.

St Ledger signed for the Denver outfit last week after his contract with MLS rivals Orlando City was cancelled, but St Ledger was not registered in time to feature for Rapids in their weekend game.

Kevin Doyle started up front but the side went down 2-1 against Columbus Crew.

St Ledger now hopes to work his way into the side for their next MLS outing, away to San Jose Earthquakes next Friday.

After a slow start to his MLS career, following his free transfer move from England, St Ledger had established himself in the Orlando City side but had his contract cancelled for disciplinary reasons two weeks ago and last week he agreed a deal to Denver where he joined Ireland team-mate Doyle in the squad.

Meanwhile, former Ireland man Clinton Morrison has rejoined League Two side Exeter City on a short-term contract, even though he had been given a free transfer.
