FORMER Bray Wanderers boss Trevor Croly has already been linked with the manager’s job at Sligo Rovers after his exit from crisis club Bray was confirmed.

Appointed in May, Croly led Bray for just five league games but stood down last week after reports of financial issues at the club emerged, and a Bray statement says: “The club and Trevor have agreed that he will leave the club by mutual consent”.

Croly (pictured) said: “Unfortunately, I am unable to continue in my role for reasons which must remain between the club and myself”. Sligo are reportedly keen to bring in Croly as Owen Heary’s replacement.
