Ireland No. 1 Darren Randolph will hope to seal his exit from West Ham and move to Middlesbrough this week.

England keeper Joe Hart last night completed his medical ahead of his loan move to West Ham from Manchester City, and once the deal to sign Hart for a season-long loan is confirmed, boss Slaven Bilic will look to move on one of his keepers.

Randolph battled with Spanish keeper Adrian for the shirt at West Ham last season but both men struggled to convince the Hammers boss, forcing Bilic to draft in Hart for the season ahead.

Adrian got the nod from Bilic to start in a pre-season friendly against Sturm Graz in Austria last night, and with fears that Randolph is now demoted to third-choice keeper with the Hammers, a move away is expected.

Middlesbrough, keen for a swift return to the Premier League, had been linked with Sheffield Wednesday's Keiren Westwood but the Owls were not willing to sell and Boro - who also signed Ireland cap Cyrus Christie - have now made Bray native Randolph their main target.

International team-mates Jon Walters, Aiden McGeady, Jonny Hayes and Cyrus Christie have already moved this summer.
