West Ham midfielder Sofiane Feghouli has had his dismissal against Manchester United rescinded.

Feghouli was shown a straight red card by referee Mike Dean following a collision with Phil Jones in the first half on Monday night and faced a three-match ban.

But the Algerian will be available for Slaven Bilic's side against Manchester City in the FA Cup on Friday after the red card was overturned.

The winger was harshly dismissed just 14 minutes into his first Premier League start when he went in for a 50-50 tackle with Jones during the home game.

The Hammers, meanwhile, have struggled to adapt to their new surroundings at the London Stadium since making the move from Upton Park at the end of last season.

But Joe Cole, who made 187 appearances over two spells with West Ham, scoring 18 goals, is convinced the switch to the former Olympic Stadium will eventually pay dividends.

He said: "You can see Champions League football being played at London Stadium. If you are honest, you probably couldn't see that happening at Upton Park."
