Arter to make first top flight start for Cherries
Harry Arter is in line for his first Premier League start of the season in tomorrow's fixture at Southampton after playing 71 minutes of Bournemouth's Capital One Cup defeat at Liverpool.
The midfielder's return is a timely boost to manager Eddie Howe, who remains without long-term absentees Callum Wilson, Max Gradel and Tyrone Mings (all knee), the former perhaps his biggest goal threat and the other two the club's most expensive ever signings.
Out-of-form goalkeeper Artur Boruc is still nursing a thigh problem, so Adam Federici is again expected to start in his absence. Captain Tommy Elphick is also still out with an ankle injury, albeit not for the long term.
