Scotland: We're not running scared of hot shot Poland star Robert Lewandowski
SCOTLAND defender Grant Hanley has promised that Gordon Strachan's side won't fear Polish striker Robert Lewandowski in Glasgow tomorrow night.
The Polish captain takes a record of 12 goals for his last four club games to Hampden Park but Blackburn man Hanley has drawn some hope from the fact that Lewandowski drew a blank the last time the sides met, in Warsaw.
"His record in the last few games is pretty unbelievable," said Hanley.
"I think we can take confidence from the last game in Poland. He didn't score against us that night, but it's not all about him.
"I will try to enjoy it and relish it; that's why you play football, you want to test yourself against the best," added the defender.
The Scots, with manager Strachan out of contract at the end of this campaign, know that a Poland win tomorrow night will end their hopes of even a playoff place.
