Wounded Ulster to fire on Dragons

ULSTER v THE DRAGONS, Ravenhill, Tomorrow (KO 7.35) Live BBC 2

It has been a wretched week for Ulster. They have been all but knocked out of Europe and backs Tommy Bowe and Stuart Olding are concussed too.

They will feel a good deal more comfortable back in the PRO12 League where they can get into their patterns sharply.

Neil Doak's men are riding high in third with four wins, one draw and four important bonus points to reside one point behind Glasgow, four behind the Ospreys.

VERDICT: Ulster

Bundee jumps straight in for Connacht start

THE OSPREYS v CONNACHT, The Liberty Stadium, Tonight (KO 7.35) Live BBC Wales

This occasion will mark the Connacht debut of star signing Bundee Aki in the number thirteen jersey usually worn by Robbie Henshaw.

This is just about the time in the season when Connacht will find renewed strength of character or fade away into the lower reached of the League.

The history books do not support an upset in Swansea.

The Ospreys: D Evans; J Hassler, A Bishop, J Matavesi, T Grabham; S Davies, M Roberts; D Jones, S Parry, A Jarvis (capt), L Peters, R Bernardo, S Lewis, J Tipuric, I Jones.

Connacht: S Layden; N Adeoloqun, B Aki, C Ronaldson, M Healy; J Carty, K Marmion; D Buckley, J Harris-Wright, R Ah You, M Kearney, Q Roux, J Muldoon (capt), E McKeon, G Naoupu.
