Robin to beat his red breast at Thomond Park

Munster will fancy their chances for this one at Thomond Park this evening (Live TG4/BBCNI 6.0).

Although the prospect of travelling to Limerick does not spread the same menace it once did, Ulster have been badly damaged by the loss of Tommy Bowe, Iain Henderson and Jared Payne.

Anthony Foley has decided to pitch Simon Zebo straight into the action.

There are seven changes from the side which lost narrowly to The Scarlets, Uruguay prop Mario Sagario likely to debut off the bench.

Francis Saili will add punch in the midfield, Gerhard van den Heever fizz on the flank and Andrew Conway will continue at full-back.

The most interesting sight will be that of Robin Copeland back at number eight where he made his name at Cardiff Blues. For all of CJ Stander's merit as a bludgeon, the athleticism and agility of Copeland can be a weapon when harnessed properly.

Munster: A Conway; S Zebo, F Saili, D Hurley, G van den Heever; I Keatley, T O'Leary; J Cronin, M Sherry, BJ Botha, D Foley, M Chisholm; CJ Stander (capt), J O'Donoghue, R Copeland.

Ulster: P Nelson; C Gilroy, D Cave, S McCloskey, A Trimble; P Jackson, P Marshall; A Warwick, R Herring (capt), W Herbst, L Stevenson, F van der Merwe, R Wilson, S Reidy, N Williams.

Verdict: Munster.
