Connacht can stun Quins

THE manner of Connacht's close encounter of a despairing kind at The Stoop in round one suggests they will have plenty to say about Harlequins' qualification for the last eight.

The fact is that Conor O'Shea's young side have started to deflate in recent weeks. They have gone from winning 10 straight in The Premiership to losing two from three.

Further, they do not have the deepest squad in England.

They have not been able to rotate all that much. This leads to tired limbs and tired minds.

While Connacht have not been able to muster a win in the five previous rounds, they have pushed Gloucester and Harlequins every inch of the way.

This could be their hour.
