Leinster could pay a very high price for failing to knock off Castres Olympique for five points last Friday night, writes Des Berry.

They dropped from first seeds to fourth to drawn the sting of Wasps at home for the quarter-final.

The likelihood is Leinster will look to host this match at The Aviva Stadium where a €1 million windfall could accrue.

This will give Leo Cullen the chance to measure how far his side has come from last season, when Wasps beat them home and away.

Although it would be negligent in the extreme to look past Marty Moore's club, Leo Cullen has been handed the prospect of travelling to either Clermont-Auvergne or Toulon for the semi-final.

Munster will take on Toulouse with either Saracens at ho me or Glasgow away in the final four.

Champions Cup quarter-finals

Clermont-Auvergne v RC Toulon

Leinster v Wasps

Saracens v Glasgow Warriors

Munster v Toulouse

(Ties will be played March 30/31 and April 1/2)

*If Leinster win they will be away to Clermont-Auvergne or Toulon in the semi-final. If Munster win they will be at home to Saracens or away to Glasgow.
