English weak for Irish clash
JAMES TAYLOR will captain an inexperienced England one-day side in Ireland next month, with five uncapped players named in the squad.
With the Test team arriving back from the West Indies just one day before the May 8 fixture and World Cup skipper Eoin Morgan at the Indian Premier League, England have been forced into a weakened selection.
Taylor will lead the side in Dublin in just his 18th one-day international, while Zafar Ansari, Sam Billings, James Vince, Lewis Gregory and David Willey are all in with a chance of making their senior debuts.
They have all been named in an 11-man squad that will be topped up with players who do not make the cut for the third Test in Barbados.
