THE Dublin football squad are reporting a clean bill of health ahead of this weekend's All-Ireland quarter-final showdown with their old northern nemesis, Tyrone.

A spokesperson for the Sky Blue camp today confirmed that everybody is okay and "ready to go" for Saturday's last-eight clash at Croke Park (4.0).

Some mild concern may have been raised in the wake of last Saturday's qualifier win over Louth, when manager Pat Gilroy stated that his two midfielders - Ross McConnell and Michael Darragh Macauley - "got injured and we had to take the two of them out."

But any such fears would now appear to have been dispelled, with the news that everyone togged out for Dublin squad training last night.

Cian O'Sullivan, who started the summer campaign as first-choice centre-back only to tear his hamstring in the opening minutes of his full SFC debut against Wexford, has been back in full training for a week now.

Lack of match practice would seem the most obvious impediment to his chances of featuring this Saturday, with the likelihood that Gilroy will stick by the 15 players who started against Louth.
