I want to find Irish female Bolt -- sprinter's manager

SPORTS manager to the stars Ricky Simms is on the hunt for Ireland's Usain Bolt -- and it's a woman.

The Donegal businessman has some of the world's best athletes on his books including the world-famous Jamaican sprinter and British Olympic hero Mo Farah.

He said that although Ireland has a small population, he believes there are hidden treasures in the area of female athletes.

"For a small country, we have amazing talent," he said. "In terms of competing, we are not going to do it in sprinting...But in other events we can come on top -- particularly in hurdles and female long distance."

If ever a band has been well served by the literary world it's The Beatles. Practically every aspect of that revolutionary body of work has been dealt with in book form... or so one would have thought. From Hunter Davies' The Beatles, through Philip Norman's Shout, Bob Spitz's humongously detailed history and Ian McDonald's brilliant Revolution in the Head, which offered a musical and contextual analysis of every song they ever recorded, surely there's nothing left of interest to diehard fans of the Fabs. Well, think again.
