Swansong for Indigo Lady

INDIGO LADY is set for her swansong at the Curragh on Sunday week before going off to the paddocks.

The four-year-old filly, who is in foal to triple Classic winner Camelot, will try to end her racing career on a high in the Group Two Kilboy Estate Stakes over nine furlongs.

Being in foal has already proved beneficial, as Indigo Lady registered her biggest success to date in the Listed TRM Silver Stakes over a mile and a quarter at the Curragh a month ago.

"She's doing grand is going to run at the Curragh," said trainer Willie McCreery. "She won well the last day and she's in foal to Camelot, so this will be her last run."
