GAELS ARE BLOOMING
HURLING is swinging proudly down at The Iveagh.
The St James's Gaels U11's are off and sprinting.
"The lads are very committed," says Mark Russell, managing the team with Ross Mulvaney.
"They have adapted very well to the game, and it's a privilege to be involved with such a lovely group."
Meanwhile, the club's PRO, Molly Hand, reports a favourable glow from the St James's Gaels Open Day.
"It was a fantastic event. It was a day full of fun, Gaelic games, music and entertainment," states Molly.
"The place was packed. FM 104 handed out loads of goodies. The Dublin Fire Brigade let the children play water games.
"Supervalu provided the fruit for our healthy eating campaign, and we'd like to thank them and all our sponsors who made the occasion such a success."
