McCrory to face the Blues
ANTRIM manager Dinny Cahill has made just one change to his starting line-up for Saturday's All-Ireland SHC qualifier clash with Dublin in Croke Park (3.0).
Shane McCrory - who came on to make a decisive contribution in their previous match against Carlow - starts at wing-forward in place of Conor McFall.
Dublin have no fresh injury concerns arising out of last night's Bord Gáis Energy Leinster U21 final victory over Wexford and were boosted by the successful return to action of David Treacy.
The Cuala man had not played since the U21 semi-final victory over Kilkenny when a suffered a recurrence of a grade two hamstring tear but played the full 60 minutes last night, scoring three points over the hour.
"It's great for Dublin that David played the whole match and played so well," commented U21 manager and senior selector, Richie Stakelum. "Hopefully, he should be fine for Saturday now."
Captain, Stephen Hiney, broke his nose in a collision with Clare's Pat Donnellan in Croke Park last Saturday but is expected to make Anthony Daly's starting 15 while Liam Rushe, Peter Kelly and Oisín Gough will all play their third big match in a week after coming through last night's success in Parnell Park.
TICKETS for Saturday's Croke Park double-header (Dublin v Clare, All-Ireland SHC Phase 3, 3pm; Dublin v Armagh, All-Ireland Round 3 SFC, 5pm) are on sale today and tomorrow from the GAA ticket office, 53 Lr Dorset St, Dublin 1 (9am-5pm)
ROSCOMMON manager Fergal O'Donnell has kept faith with the same 15 which beat Leitrim for Sunday's Connacht SFC clash with Sligo in McHale Park (4.0).
CAVAN are in the hunt for a new senior football manager after Tom Carr officially resigned his position with the Breffni County last night.
Reports had suggested that the former Dublin and Roscommon boss had vacated his position in the immediate aftermath of last Saturday's heavy All-Ireland qualifier defeat to Cork but Carr subsequently denied the story and maintained that he would not make any official move until he had discussed the matter with the Cavan county board.
However, a statement released by the board last night confirmed he was ending his two-year association with the Breffni county.
