Banner aim is to do the double over Limerick

It's hard to know exactly what is going on behind the scenes in Clare GAA but while it certainly wasn't his priority, Davy Fitzgerald seems to have attracted a lot of attention onto the Clare footballers and they can get a big weekend off to a good start for the county by beating Limerick in Ennis tomorrow evening.

The big clash of the weekend is the meeting of the two counties in the Munster Hurling Championship, however, and at 11/10 Clare are the best bet of our first GAA Betting Book of the season.

This is sure to be an intriguing affair but expect Fitzgerald to pull something different out of the hat in a bid to guide his county to Munster Championship glory later in the summer.
