Class Caoimhe delivers tasty four star Pizza

CAOIMHE O'Connor is the pride of the coast. The Clontarf Crusader hit four goals for the Dubs last Saturday.

It was Dublin's first game in the Leinster U16 Championship. They beat Meath at Páirc Uí Mhurchú by 7-12 to 2-8.

There was just no stopping Caoimhe. She played with all the guile and style of the great Sinead Aherne. Home boss, Pat Kane, saw the girls produce some electric pockets of passing.

The other goals came from Aoibhe Bell (2) and Danielle Lawless.

The Blues will head to Kildare on Sunday. The Lilywhites will have the clamper's on overtime.

Meanwhile last Sunday, Emily Brown's scored a vital goal as Dublin defeated Kildare at Parnell's, 1-12 to 1-6.

They'll now polish the boots for Wexford away on April 3.

It was Dublin's second outing in the Leinster Minor Championship.

They opened their campaign in swashbuckling style against Westmeath, a match that also took place at Coolock.

It was cold in Dublin 5, but the Dubs turned up the heat with the calibre of their football.

Kildare also contributed generously to the spectacle.

Dublin worked hard for the hour. And manager, Martin McDonnell, doesn't ask for anymore than that.
