Letters: Fit for life

I exercise most days of the week and I would recommend that everybody takes up a fitness or a sport to stay fit and healthy.

Now that the warmer weather is finally here, there's no excuse.

Eat a healthy diet and get out in the fresh air and exercise. That way we will overcome the obesity epidemic that is sweeping our nation.
