Editorial: Do we need this speed?
A Fingal Co Councillor has suggested that the 30kmph city speed limit should be extended to suburban housing estates.
There is certainly merit in introducing such a measure in busy city housing estates.
But let's treat Dublin city as a modern European one and revise the 30kmph limit. Dublin is not Amsterdam.
