Xtravision snaps up new creatives

Brando is now handling Xtravision's creative advertising. The appointment follows a three-way pitch, which included Atomic. The business was previously handled by Bloom. Xtravision's media-buying is managed in-house by former agency executive Paul Cullen. Now owned by Hilco Capital, Xtravision operates in smaller HMV stores.
