Week 5: David Gillick's recipe of the week: Muesli

This tasty snack will keep you going

Ingredients

200g Oats (porridge or jumbo)

50g almonds, chopped or flaked

50g walnuts, chopped

50g pumpkin seeds

50g hemp seeds

50g sunflower seeds

50g raisins (or any dried berries you like)

50g desiccated coconut

50g dried apricots, chopped (right)

50g dried figs, chopped

1 tablespoon ground cinnamon

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Dash of nutmeg

Pinch of sea salt

Method

1. It couldn't be easier! In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and stir until every ingredient is distributed in the mix.

2. Store in an airtight container for later use.

3. Serve with milk, almond milk, coconut milk or Greek yoghurt.
