Ulster Bank in review group

Ulster Bank announced this morning that it's joining the Credit Review Office on a non-statutory and voluntary basis from June 1.

The move represents the first bank to voluntarily participate in the Credit Review Office (CRO).

The CRO examines cases where small and medium-sized businesses or farm borrowers that have had an application for credit of up to €3m refused, reduced or withdrawn, but feel that they have a viable business proposition.
