UK children hurt in Belgian crash
A bus carrying British schoolchildren went off a motorway and overturned near the Belgian coast, killing one adult chaperone and injuring the driver and some of the children.
Belgian authorities said that the vehicle apparently went out of control, struck a bridge pillar on the E40 motorway, then shot off the road.
The bus was carrying about 40 passengers, including 34 British children aged between 11 and 13, authorities said. It was hired from a company based in Co Antrim.
