Two people injured in four-car collision on M50

The accident occurred on the M50 southbound between Junctions 4 (Ballymun) and 5 (Finglas).

Two people were injured in a four-car incident on the M50 southbound this morning.

The two people have been taken to hospital and it is understood that there injuries are not serious.

The accident occurred on the M50 southbound between Junctions 4 (Ballymun) and 5 (Finglas).

The two outermost right hand lanes are blocked, and commuters have been advised to avoid the area if they can.

Dublin Fire Brigade attended the scene with three fire engines and an emergency tender with a senior officer.
