Topaz launches €25m Re.Store investment
Healthier options are moving to the top of the menu at service station chain Topaz, which is making a €25m investment in its new Re.Store branded healthy food and drink offerings across 150 outlets.
Topaz said the Re.Store concept is a response to a growing demand from customers for a fresh, healthy option on the move, including hand-crafted barista coffee.
"At Topaz, we are not interested in minor tweaks," Topaz chief executive Emmet O'Neill said.
"We wanted to completely redefine our food and coffee offer in keeping with the changing habits and desires of our customers.
"Re.Store will alter the way that people think about service stations," he added.
